1. Acceptance of Terms

- Notifying 4928 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your personal information whenever changes occur to keep your account records accurate.
4928 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their own account details secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 4928 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's payment system, betting system, or promotional mechanisms.
- Sharing or transferring your account balance to other users through means not authorised by the platform.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Distributing content that is disruptive, harmful, or unlawful through any of the platform's communication channels.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, balance freezing, and where necessary, appropriate legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4928 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account's payment section.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- Deposits: You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are in your own name. 4928 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with current processing policies. Limits and processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account VIP tier.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the conditions set and may be updated from time to time.
- Identity verification: 4928 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, in line with applicable financial compliance policies.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, forgery, or money laundering through this platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4928 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to system outages, technical failures, or betting decisions made by the user. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
4928 does not guarantee that its services will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled or emergency system maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4928 platform — including text, designs, logos, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 4928 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any element of the platform's content without the express written consent of 4928.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
4928 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, a breach of terms, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact customer support via email to submit an appeal.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and there are no outstanding liability issues.
Changes to These Terms
4928 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform or to their registered email. Governing Law
